Das Schriftdesign und die Font Software sind und bleiben geistiges Eigentum von Type Matters und gehören Type Matters.

Fonts are software, and as usual with software you do not ‘buy’ our font software but pay a license fee and then are granted the (non-exclusive and non-transferable) right to use it. Typeface design and font software are and remain intellectual property of and are owned by Type Matters.
